Project Scope
The project involved taking over an incomplete demolition that had been previously abandoned. EMS was engaged to safely complete the works, including the demolition of remaining structures and the careful separation of recyclable and non-recyclable materials. Non-asbestos materials were sorted for appropriate disposal, while asbestos-containing materials were isolated into a dedicated stockpile to quantify total volume prior to off-site removal. Excavation of the existing building footings was also completed, ensuring the site was cleared and ready for the next stage of development.
