Enviromanage Systems manages all demolition and removal requirements.
DEMOLITION SERVICES
EMS has extensive experience with both Residential and Industrial Demolitions. Not only do we provide a full demolition service, we provide full removal and remediation services to the site.
The Key Actions underpinning our process are:
- Provide a thorough demolition plan and schedule of work
- Review of building materials before demolition
- Asbestos ticketed operative and licences to remove asbestos and disposed to our EPA approved landfill
- Safe removal of all dangerous materials within the property boundary to EPA approved landfill
- Consulting with employees and suppliers to ensure that environmental impacts on sites are understood and addressed effectively
- Minimise environmental impact to land, water, air, flora and fauna
- Ensure high levels of management and staff involvement in achieving stated objectives
