Rowley Place, Airds

This project involved the demolition of seven residential properties and associated outbuildings in a suburban area, requiring a tightly controlled operation due to the presence of hazardous materials. EMS was responsible for overseeing all remediation activities, including supervision of site works, continuous air monitoring, decontamination procedures, and physical remediation tasks. All work was conducted under strict environmental and safety protocols to minimise disruption to the surrounding community and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements. The goal was to remediate the site thoroughly and prepare it for future development.
