Project Scope
EMS was engaged to complete the demolition of multiple residential dwellings and undertake comprehensive soil remediation in preparation for a major 200+ lot residential development in Austral, NSW. The project involved full structure removal, safe handling of asbestos and other hazardous materials, and on-site remediation of contaminated soils. All works were carried out in strict accordance with environmental and safety standards to ensure the site was fully compliant and development-ready. EMS delivered the project efficiently, minimising disruption to the surrounding area and setting the foundation for the next stage of construction.
