OVERVIEW:

In co-operation with the Bathla Group, Airsafe Consultants and Penrith City Council, EMS was contracted to chase and remove asbestos pipe running through an existing farm.

In total approximately 2km of asbestos pipe was removed. An additional 30cm x 30cm of surrounding contaminated material was processed and removed to an accredited waste facility. The over burden is always kept separate to ensure maximum soil can be reused onsite.
